WashMaster Universal 18

Description:
TheWashMaster Universal and WashMaster Universal 18 are single skid mounted systems designed for complete “plug and go” applications. The Washmaster Universal 18 includes all the features of our WashMaster 36 unit mounted on a single skid for smaller courses and clubs where space may be at a premium.

Ultrasorb System Model XL2

Description:

The Model XL2 system is designed for very heavy washing applications with high oil and solids loading. The CCC-400 cone tank and Gravity Bag Filter remove large amounts of oils and solids. A pump assisted backflush provides rigorous flushing of the Polish Filters. An additional MS3 membrane provides a faster process rate, and RGF’s large CO3P Catalytic Oxidation system is included for oxidation of organic loading. For high B.O.D. loadings (algae, warm climates, herbicides), the Biosorb I Aerobic Digestor is a recommended option.

Ultrasorb System Model HV-CW

Description:

The Model HV-CW is designed for high volume automatic car washing applications. This system contains the same features as the Model CW2 with the exception of having three twenty five micron Polish Filters in place of the MS3 membranes for increased processing flow. The filters have an automatic pump assisted reverse flow backflush that extends filter life. The HV-CW is equipped with the CO3P Catalytic Oxidation System for organics. The system comes with a 1 – 40 g.p.m. delivery pump for washing equipment hook-up.

Ultrasorb System Model CW-MOD

Description:
The Model CW-MOD modular, high volume car wash was developed specifically for existing car wash facilities with space limitations. The modules permit door access without expensive building modifications. The flexible system allows the option of utilizing your existing water storage tank or the optional 150 gallon module water tank. The flexibility of the modules allow a number of configurations to accommodate available space.

Ultrasorb System Model HV-TWS

Description:
The Model HV-TWS is designed to automatically treat wash water from high volume truck and vehicle washing operations. The HV-TWS processes the water in two phases: wash water via the Transfer Skid, and pre-rinse water via the Process Skid. The Transfer Skid filters the water to wash water quality at up to 100 g.p.m., and the Process Skid filters the water via MS3 Membranes at up to 40 g.p.m.. The system contains RGF’s advanced CO3P Catalytic Oxidation System for controlling organics. The system requires supply pumps to the washing equipment.

The Biosorb Series I Aerobic Digestor reduces high B.O.D. loading associated with golf and turf applications. The Washmaster 36 requires an RGF High Volume Wash Station for equipment washing.
