PANEL BRIGHT- Heavy Duty Degreaser Brushless Fleet Washing Detergent
Description:
Panel Bright is designed to clean over the road tractors/trailers and other types of commercial vehicles. It will remove carbon stack stain and magnetic road film from trailers without brushing. Not for use on finished surfaces.
Directions:
For use in hot pressure washers: apply to the surface at the rate of 1 part Panel Bright to 75-100 parts water, depending on severity of soil conditions. For use in cold water application: use at the rate of 1 part Panel Bright to 35-55 parts water. When cleaning with pressure washers, always apply cleaning solutions from the bottom up on a dry surface. Always detail clean from the bottom up and rinse from the top down. If water hardness exceeds 12 grains, a water softener should be used with the pressure washing equipment.
ALUMA BRIGHT - Liquid aluminum cleaner. Cleans, etches and brightens surfaces
Description:
Aluma Bright is designed for heavy duty cleaning to clean and brighten unpainted Aluminum surfaces without damage when used as directed. It works well in both hot and cold water. Will etch the surface of aluminum to remove the aluminum oxide that has formed. Removes oil, grease and carbon stack stain.
Directions:
DO NOT RUN ALUMA BRIGHT HD THROUGH PUMPING SYSTEM OR HEATING COILS.
Use only with down stream injector or hand pump applicators. Set metering valve to apply this product at a dilution ratio of 1 part cleaner to 100 parts water. Always apply acid from the bottom up on a dry surface. Detail clean from bottom up. Rinse from the top down. DO NOT USE ON GLASS, POLISHED OR ANODIZED ALUMINUM. Always rinse thoroughly from top down, especially on top of vehicles to prevent run off streaming when vehicle is moved.
CAB-N-ALL - The safe one step vehicle cleaner
Description:
Cab-N-All is a highly concentrated liquid cleaning detergent especially formulated with highest quality penetrants and surfactants to promote the rapid emulsification of dirt, grease and oil. Is safe to use on all surfaces when used as directed, and is especially well-suited for cleaning trucks, tractors, buses, etc. It removes extremely magnetic road film without brushing.
Directions:
Cab-N-All is a highly concentrated detergent and must be diluted with water prior to use. The optimum cleaning dilution for most surfaces is between 1:60 and 1:100. When using through high pressure, hot water cleaning equipment, set metering valve at desired dilution rate, soak down entire surface to be cleaned, return to start point and detail clean from the bottom to the top. when cleaning is complete rinse from the top down.
WASH & WAX - Highly concentrated cleaner with wax
Description:
Wash & Wax is a super concentrate and is designed to be used as a high foaming car wash detergent.
Wash-n-Wax™ Concentrate is designed with the finest penetrating detergents, builders, solvents and chelates available on the market today. This Concentrate can quickly penetrate, emulsify and remove even the most tenacious soils. All this is accomplished without the use of harsh caustics. This product is designed for hand washing of vehicles and imparting a polymer protective coating tot he surface. This coating will enhance the gloss of the paint and repel water.
Directions:
Use Wash-n-Wax Concentrate at a rate of ½ ounce per 4 gallons of water. Wash vehicle from the bottom up doing only small sections at a time. Rinse thoroughly from the top down. It is always preferable to wash vehicles in the shade as this will eliminate the detergent from drying on the paint surface. This product will help prevent mineral water spotting on chrome and paint.
CITRA-SOLVE - Automatic scrubber detergent. Self-defoaming
Description:
Citra-solve is a fast acting, heavy duty, citric acid cleaner and aluminum brighter which quickly removes oxide film, road film and diesel smoke from aluminum trailer bodies.
Directions:
For best results dilute 1 part chemical with 15 parts water. Apply at 100 F and rinse with fresh water at high pressure.
SUPER SPRAY WAX - Liquid vehicle wax. Produces high gloss and water beading
Description:
Super Spray Wax is a superior coating for automobiles, trucks, campers and all painted surfaces. Super Spray Wax is used in the rinse water following cleaning of the vehicle and imparts a microscopic unimolecular coating that repells water causing superior beading. Super Spray Wax will not build up on the surface.
Directions:
Super Spray Wax is a super concentrate and can be diluted 1 to 1 with soft water. Use the diluted product in a car wash at the rate of l part in 5 parts of water as a premix. Use this premix at the rate of 6 ounces per vehicle. For pressure washing equipment, dilute 5 gallons of Super Spray Wax into 50 gallons of water and use this premix at the rate of 50 to 1 through a pressure washer.
